Wedding Photography Prices

PACKAGE PRICES AND OPTIONS

Here at Sam and Steve Photography we aren't keen on the term "package price". Your wedding will be unique, a wonderful occasion, and should you ask us to be your wedding photographers, we will provide natural, observational documentary wedding photography specific to your needs. That said, we of course understand couples need prices to budget and plan for. So, we have put together the following guidelines. However we would strongly suggest you contact us if you haven't already for a specific quotation.

All options include an optional FREE engagement shoot at a venue of your choice. 30 to 40 images will be provided within two weeks of the shoot, which typically takes an hour to 90 minutes. Travelling charges may apply outside of 40 miles of Bicester. Saturday dates for engagement shoots not available at peak times in the summer due to wedding commitments. 

We can now offer a “no frills” video package, as well as high quality audio recordings of the ceremony and speeches. We supply around an hour of HD video, to share and download to include:

• Getting Ready

• Ceremony

• Drinks reception

• Speeches

• First dance

Whilst we would always recommend a dedicated videographer if the budget allows, our option provides video of the key parts of the day. See upgrades and additional items at the bottom of this page for more details and prices.

OPTION 1 £1595

All day coverage by Sam and Steve, from getting ready preparation of both partners, through to at least one hour after your first dance. A minimum of 400 professionally edited images will be provided typically within 4 weeks (depending on time of the year), and shared via a secure, password protected Pic-Time cloud hosting site. Images can be downloaded and shared with guests via a unique weblink; visitors to the site can also order prints and canvasses which are produced by a professional lab, Loxley Colour. 

OPTION 2 £1750

As option 1, but with all images also provided on a high quality USB key, enclosed within a media folio, made by Sim Imaging.  See below for a library photo example (USB key fits inside). 

OPTION 3 £ 2395

As option 1, but with a gorgeous hand made Sim Imaging lay flat album album. Choice of 12” by 12” or 14” by 10” size. Images also supplied on a high quality USB key. See below for example.

UPGRADES AND ADDITIONAL ITEMS

PARENT MINI DUPLICATES OF MAIN album

If you order option 3, you can add on up to 4 additional “mini duplicates” of the main album for parents, grandparents, etc. See below of an example. Contact us for more details and prices.

VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS OPTION £695

As an extra service for our customers, we now can offer a basic video package. As we always work together at weddings, when we are both in the same spot on the wedding day (e.g. Confetti run, speeches, first dance), one of use can shoot some video. We have been offering this since 2020 and can offer this as an upgrade ONLY when we are photographing your wedding. It is important to remember we are primarily photographers, and if you want a full cinematic video we recommend you book a videographer for the day (we can recommend several!). However, if you want a record of the key parts of the day, we can provide the following:

• Clips of bridal prep

• Groom arrival at venue

• Static (tripod mounted) video of ceremony

• Confetti Run

• Clips of drinks reception

• Speeches

• First Dance

HIgh quality audio recording of ceremony and speeches £295

We now bring several high quality lapel microphones and digital recorders to weddings. This means we can capture your ceremony and/or speeches as high quality MP3 files you can keep and share the memories with for years to come. Click below for an example.
